Lying Knee Tucks
Lying Knee Tucks are a great and simple exercise to tighten your abdominal muscles and strengthen your transverse abdominals.
Start Position
Lying on your back with your arms at your side, bend your knees and place your knees and ankles together. Slowly start to raise your knees up towards your chest, gradually rolling your hips up. Keep your back into the floor and keep your abdominals tight to ensure correct contraction of your tranverse abdominals.

Start Position
From this position slowly start to breathe out and return your feet back down to the floor.
